The Links Lockers Resolution Guarantee
Because our lockers are high-quality, heavy-gauge steel units (weighing over 60lbs), shipping them back and forth is hard on the environment and the business. For this reason, we focus on Resolution over Returns.
> Transit Damage: > If your locker arrives with a cosmetic imperfection or a minor transit bend, we will make it right with a fair credit to your account. If a part is structurally damaged and prevents assembly, we will ship you a replacement part immediately at our expense.
Change of Mind Returns:
Unopened Items: We accept returns on factory-sealed, unopened boxes within 14 days. The customer is responsible for the full cost of return shipping (typically $150–$200+ USD) plus a 15% restocking fee.
Opened Items: Once the factory seal is broken and unpacking has begun, the item is no longer eligible for a "change of mind" return.
Our Policy on Minor Bends: > Steel panels are designed to be flexible until assembled. Minor bends in connection channels are common and often resolve entirely once the unit is under tension. These are not considered defects and do not qualify for a full return, but are eligible for our Resolution Guarantee.
Refunds:
Once we receive the returned locker and verify its condition, we will proceed with the refund process. Here are some important details regarding refunds:
- The refund will be issued to the same payment method that was used during the initial purchase.
- Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to be processed and reflect back into your account. The exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
